Tools/ Materials required : +/- screw driver , 10-12 spanner ,cutter , Fevicol SR glue ,3mm XLT foam sheet 2mtr x 1.5 mtr .

Good amount of sound was cut off in DI-turbo BOLERO after this task . started at 5:30pm finished by 8:30pm on a sunday evening . All 5 doors , gear box console ,inside bonnet hinges were dampend .

To start off remove the door pads carefully : 1. Remove the two scews of the door handle , one screw from door lock , and one screw from the glass winding handle (only for manual window), 2 bolts from door hinge. 2. carefully unlock the clips by using the flat screw driver . 3. place the door pad in the foam sheet mark and cut it using a cutter . 4. then make holes at required place such as door locks , clips . 5. Apply fevicol on the foam and stick it on the door pad after 4-5 mins . press and hold it for few minutes . Then fix the door pad back on the door . lubricate the window channels if required before fixing the pad back .

6. Repeat the same for all the doors.

The gear box console can be removed by 4 screws and paste the foam sheet along the insides and stuff some foam inside the console with out affecting the rubber boot .
